Our Mission

Honey Creek Studios’ mission is a clear and simple one, to establish ourselves as a full-service production company creating and producing high quality independent family, inspirational, and faith based content.

Honey Creek Studios’ goal is to create, acquire, and produce three to five high quality inspirational, family and faith-based films per year.

Our Founder

Founded by award winning filmmaker David Risotto, Honey Creek Studios brings over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the film business. In 2021, David had a deep personal trial, nearly dying from Covid. Intubated and not breathing, David’s heart stopped. His miraculous recovery left him with a God given inner peace and a desire to take his film business experience and do redeeming work.

David is committed to delivering to audiences content that inspires, challenges, and entertains without exploitive and disturbing images and themes. Great stories can be told without bowing to the lowest common denominator.
