Actor Steven Bauer (Scarface, Traffic, Ray Donovan, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul) has been attached as Producer to Circus Faces, a property in development with Mackie Productions in association with Honey Creek Studios. In addition, Bauer is slated to take the lead role of “Jerry” in the feature.

Bauer, internationally acclaimed for his roles in iconic film and Television often playing tough guy characters, has more recently appeared in indie films and faith based projects, with roles that are “off type” including LOVE ON THE ROCKS with David A. R. White, and NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. Bauer welcomes the switch to characters and stories closer to his personal persona.

“Circus Faces is a project that’s personal for me, as my dear friend, and musical collaborator, the late-great Glenn Goss, was the co-writer of this screenplay. Glenn always hoped I would take on the role of ‘Jerry’ in this beautiful story, and I look forward to playing this conflicted and complex character.”
